Refund & Cancellation Policy – [Tier1]
1. Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled inspection will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the inspection cost.
If the inspector arrives at the property and is unable to perform the inspection due to inaccessibility or client no-show, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a trip fee or full inspection fee may apply.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an inspection at no cost if done at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a short-notice rescheduling fee at the company’s discretion.
3. Refunds
If the inspection is canceled within the appropriate timeframe, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Once an inspection has been performed, no refunds will be issued, as payment covers the inspector’s time, expertise, and delivery of the report.
If the inspector is unable to complete the inspection due to conditions beyond the client’s control (e.g., severe weather, seller restrictions), the fee may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled inspection.

If there is a concern regarding the quality or accuracy of the inspection report, clients may contact us within 7 daysfor review.
We will work to address any issues, clarify findings, or revisit the property if necessary and appropriate.
