Refund & Cancellation Policy – [Tier1]

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled inspection will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the inspection cost.

  • If the inspector arrives at the property and is unable to perform the inspection due to inaccessibility or client no-show, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a trip fee or full inspection fee may apply.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule an inspection at no cost if done at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a short-notice rescheduling fee at the company’s discretion.

3. Refunds

  • If the inspection is canceled within the appropriate timeframe, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Once an inspection has been performed, no refunds will be issued, as payment covers the inspector’s time, expertise, and delivery of the report.

  • If the inspector is unable to complete the inspection due to conditions beyond the client’s control (e.g., severe weather, seller restrictions), the fee may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled inspection.

  • If there is a concern regarding the quality or accuracy of the inspection report, clients may contact us within 7 daysfor review.

  • We will work to address any issues, clarify findings, or revisit the property if necessary and appropriate.
